Veteran Owned. Family Operated.
Ten years of clearing land the right way — with small crews, the right equipment, and a commitment to doing the job well.
Who We Are
LT Associates is a veteran-owned, family-operated land clearing company based in Northwest New Mexico. We've been working the land here for over ten years, serving farmers, ranchers, and landowners who need reliable, professional results.
We keep our crews small on purpose. Smaller crews mean better oversight, more attention to detail, and a finished product you can be proud of. When we're on your land, we treat it like our own.
Our Equipment
We run the right machines for the job — no oversized equipment tearing up your land, no shortcuts.
Masticator
Grinds brush, juniper, Russian olive, elm, salt cedar and sage brush into forest grade mulch in place — no hauling, no burning.
Skid Steer
Versatile and maneuverable for tight spaces, debris removal, and site cleanup.
